Serengeti Migration Camp by Elewana Collection is positioned in the remote northern Serengeti, overlooking the Grumeti River — directly on the path of the Great Migration. The camp's location is strategic: during the migration season, millions of wildebeest and zebra pass through this corridor, with dramatic river crossings happening within sight of camp.
Twenty luxury tents are built on raised wooden platforms and connected by elevated walkways, each with canvas walls, en-suite bathroom with Victorian-style freestanding bathtub, flush toilet, and outdoor shower. The main mess tent serves excellent cuisine with views across the river.
The northern Serengeti sees far fewer visitors than the central plains, which means quieter game drives and more private sightings. Beyond migration season, the area supports excellent resident populations of lion, leopard, elephant, giraffe, and hippo.
