About This Property
Kafunta River Lodge hides among tall evergreen trees above the floodplains of South Luangwa National Park. From a curved sofa on the raised terrace you can watch elephants walk along the lagoon and spray themselves cool.
This is close to what’s called the Valley of the Leopards, and sightings are regular. We go out on spotlit night drives and morning walks on request, and the birdlife is dazzling.
