About This Property
Jock was one of the first lodges in the Kruger National Park, and it sits where the Mitomeni and Biyamiti rivers meet in the south of the park. It’s on a 6,000-hectare private concession named after Jock of the Bushveld, so the game drives feel exclusive.
Big trees shade the lodge, birds are everywhere, and the design draws on Zulu and Shangaan culture. We go out in open vehicles with the rangers, walk, birdwatch, stargaze and join historical tours that include some of Africa’s oldest Bushman rock art.
