About This Property
Lush Private Lodge stands exactly where the owners first saw a buffalo herd, which they took as a sign. It’s tucked into a wooded hillside in Black Rhino Reserve, a private concession within malaria-free Pilanesberg National Park.
A couple of hours from Johannesburg and close to Sun City, Pilanesberg holds over 7,000 animals, including the Big 5, black rhino, wild dog and 350-plus bird species. We drive twice a day in the concession and the park, and walk in the mornings.
