About This Property
Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge sits on the banks of the Mluwati River in a private Kruger concession, on an old elephant route. Its thatched suites recreate the feel of a colonial safari and are decorated in the Tsonga tradition.
Guided game drives and bush walks go in search of the Big Five, and the Kruger’s road network also suits self-drivers. A hide overlooks a waterhole, and the pool faces it too. The staff all come from the local community and share tribal tales around the fire, with dancing, storytelling and sangoma introductions at dinner.
